
In addition to the normal legally based 14 days right to cancel your purchase, we offer an extended 30 days customer satisfaction guarantee, for all our in-house made windsurfing fins. We do so because we stand behind the design and quality of our high-performance products.
If you are not fully satisfied with your fin-purchase, you may return the fin within 30 days. You may choose a money back refund, or change to a different fin (smaller / larger / softer / stiffer..).
To be eligible for a return, the fin must be returned in perfect condition—free from any scratches, damage, or wounds on the fin-blade. However we understand that sometimes a light sanding of the fin-head is necessary to fit your new fin to your board, and this is acceptable for return. Please note that you will have to pay the return shipping costs. However if you choose to change to a different fin, then we take care of the shipping cost of the new fin.
Should you of some reason want make use of this guarantee, then send an email to orders@phocoena.no describing the situation. We will answer this within two days.
