101 Return guide

If you of some reason want to cancel your order, you have the right to do so, according to EU and Norwegian regulations within 14 days after you have received the goods. Here is a guide on how you can do it:

 

     1. Start writing a new email to orders@phocoena.no .

     2. In the Subject, write: Cancellation of order

     3. In the text / body of the email, write:

 

  • Your contact information: Name, address, phone.
  • Order details: What you bought, the order or invoice number, and the date of purchase.
  • Your request: Clearly state whether you want a refund or change the goods to something else (e.g. if you find out you should have purchased a smaller or larger fin).
  • If you like to, it would be of important learning help for us, is you explain the reason for cancellation. This is voluntary.

 

     4. You should now receive a confirmation email from Phocoena within one to two days.

     5. Wrap the undamaged goods nice and robust in a package, if possible in the box you received the goods in. To make the process more swift: If you have a printer available, print out your email from above, and put it in the package. If you don’t have a printer available, write a note saying “Cancellation of order” and your name, and put this in the package.

     6. Send the package (you will have to pay for the return shipping) to:

     7. If you choose to cancel an order, we will try to be fast with returning your money (or replacement goods if that is what you prefer) after we receive the returned goods. However it may take up to seven days.
